Scholarship Criteria

Only applicants enrolled in a college or university for at least one academic term during the calendar year 2023 - 2024 should be considered.  

The applicant's future enrollment does not have to be at their current institution. Undergraduate or graduate level Tau Sigma members are eligible to apply!

The Scholarship Review Committee will evaluate the nominees based on their:

• Involvement in and service to the chapter
• Involvement in and service to the university
• Service to the community
• Academic achievement

While the Scholarship Review Committee does not dictate the specific weight that each criteria will carry, involvement in and service to the Tau Sigma SDSU chapter and SDSU will be weighed more heavily than the other criteria.

Tau Sigma Scholarship Application for 23-24 scholarship cycle will be sent out in Fall 2023 semester! All Tau Sigma members are encouraged to check their email for access to the application.

Deadline to submit application: Sunday, October 29th, 2023

Previous Tau Sigma scholarship winners are not eligible. Applications must comply to instructions and saved as a PDF file to be reviewed.
